Biografi: Ermira Bashllari
Ermira Bashllari is a corporate lawyer at Daci & Associates Law firm. Mrs. Bashllari has recently returned from the United States, where she has dedicated a considerable amount of time to her education and career.
Prior to returning to her home country, she has been working with different projects in some of the most well-known international organizations such as The United Nations and the International Rescue Committee, with duties ranging from managing and consulting to being a legal assistant for helping the refugees gaining the deserved legal status in USA. Her legal career started at an early age, at 24 Mrs. Bashllari was named administrator of Green Consulting International LTD, a branch of a foreign company. She was responsible of all the companies legal matters. Furthermore, she worked as the Chief of the Representative Sector, of the Department of Justice at the Ministry of Interior of the Republic of Albania and her responsibilities included monitoring the employment contracts, which were the main conflicts of the court cases due to the wrong implementation of the Labor Code and represented the Ministry in administrative conflicts advocating conflict resolution or settlement. She drafted resolutions, treaties and legislation initiated within or by different Sectors of Ministry of Interior and represented the Republic of Albania in the Disaster Preparedness and Prevention Initiative for South Eastern Europe Meeting.
She was born in Korҫa, and she moved to the United States where she graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice, from the Lock Haven University of Pennsylvania in 2009. Passionate about education, Mrs. Bashllari graduated in 2012, with the Masters of Law in International Commercial Law, a dual degree received from the New York University of Tirana and Greenwich University of London. In these two years she had the opportunity to gain extended knowledge in international trade and competition Law. Furthermore, Mrs. Bashllari in 2014 received a Certificate in “Emerging leaders”, from Harvard University, Kennedy School of Government. In 2017, she graduated with her second Masters in International Relations at The New School located in New York City.
Having lived, worked and studied in both developing and developed countries, Mrs. Bashllari has a deep understanding of multi-cultural relations and how to navigate complex situations in order to generate results.
